    Blood pressure can be increased by many factors. Heredity, diet, and not conducive conditions environment can cause a person suffering from hypertension aka high blood pressure.

    Works that piled up, the streets are jammed, and various other activities that can make you reduce the hours of sleep each day. Yet the lack of sleep can led a person to have high blood pressure.

    Recently, a study at the University of Chicago, the United States, found that the lack of sleep can increase the risk of hypertension. Even in Britain, one of three people who have hypertension, have potentially to get stroke and heart attack, as quoted by the telegraph.

    This research involved 578 adults with age range 33 to 45 years. The researchers checked the blood pressure of the object of study. The researchers then monitored sleep patterns using sensors placed on each study subject
